As an essential service to the community for your overall health, we are open and prepared to serve you.

Your health and safety are our number one priority. We follow Centers for Disease Control guidelines for infection control and social distancing to protect our patients and our team members. During your visit, you will see patients and team members wearing masks, and other protective equipment as needed, and find a new patient experience that maximizes contactless processes.

We are practicing social distancing with new office layouts, modified schedules to include TeleVisit services and a controlled flow of people in the office locations. In addition, we use EPA-approved disinfectants before and after every patient interaction and conduct hospital-grade disinfection of the entire office on a regular basis.

Safety is our priority. We are exercising social distancing for our patients and team members. We are limiting entrance to the patient only and/or accompanied by a chaperone. Only necessary people will be allowed in. We ask that non-necessary people, wait in their vehicles. Thank you for your understanding.

We ask if you feel you have any respiratory symptoms with cough or fever you seek care from your primary physician. We can reschedule your appointment for a later date.

We continue to be guided by our unwavering mission and long-standing values to care for our patients. However, we ask for your patience for prescription refills and prior authorization for medications. Our office is still short-staffed and we are on a restricted work schedule.
